Etim Singkem is a writer from southern Nigeria. An MFA candidate (fiction) in the Helen Zell Writers’ Program at the University of Michigan, his work appears in the /tƐmz/ Review and Callaloo, among others. His work has been recognized/supported by the Sewanee Writers’ Conference, the DAAD, the Hopwood Awards, and the Purple Hibiscus Creative Writing Workshop. He is working on a novel.
